Bean Soup :  This recipe is high in fiber, protien and calcium

Ingredients:  2 cups red kidney beans       1 cup green or yellow split peas   3 carrots    2 celary staulks   1 onion    6 cloves garli    1 tbl spoon of Italian seasoning  1/4 tspn salt     1 whole green or red pepper    1 tspn vinegar    2 tblspns hot sauce    1 potato    pls wash and dice all veggies into small pcs, put all in crock pot/ slow cooker  add water, should fill half the crock pot/slow cooker.  cook time aprox 7-10 hrs  serve with garlic bread or dinner rolls.
